Educators engaged in managing a difficult conflict can arrange for a consultation by phone with SMA mediators. During the coaching session, a seasoned mediator will help you:

• Analyze the dynamics of the conflict so that you can make appropriate decisions regarding how to proceed
• Share his or her experience with conflicts similar to the one you are facing
• Identify effective steps you can take to address the situation
• Identify additional written and organizational resources

The first 15 minutes of the consultation is free. Subsequent time is billed at $120.00 per hour.
